Second-half-of-semester classes: register now!

While many of our classes are still underway (as part of our 12 week class sessions), or just finishing (as part of our 8 week sessions), there are a few classes that are still taking registrations because they begin in March! These classes provide excellent opportunities for students to explore different areas in the arts, in an encouraging and comfortable atmosphere. Click on the links below for more info on what’s being offered!

  • Scenic Design Intensive: A 6-week crash course tackling the intricate details of designing a set for a production, for ages 12-18.

  • TIP Crew: three workshops provide training in everything backstage – from sound to lights, stage equipment, sets,  and special effects. A must for anyone interested in the stage! For ages 10-18.

  • Recreational Ballet: Highly recommended for all performers, ballet builds confidence and self awareness, which changes how you carry yourself. The atmosphere is low-pressure and inspiring. For ages 12-18.

  • Machine Sewing 2: The second level to our Machine Sewing Class, this class will continue to offer students the basics of machine sewing. Students who have not taken the first level may contact the instructor about jumping in. For ages 10-18.

  • Tap: An AWIP favorite! Even students with no experience will come away tapping their toes, having learned all kinds of combinations.
